How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually much faster. WhatsApp is the fastest channel — expect a reply in under three hours during business hours. Email and the project form are answered the same business day. Weekends are slower; expect a Monday reply.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. Our client base is global — founders, agencies, and operations teams across the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and South Asia. Everything is delivered remotely. The only thing that changes is the time zone overlap, which we plan around at scoping.
What tools and platforms do you build on?
Primarily n8n for self-hosted workflows, Make.com and Zapier for client-managed automations, and Claude or OpenAI APIs for the AI layer. We also work with WordPress, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Discord, Stripe, and most REST APIs. If your stack is unusual, mention it — we will tell you if it is supported before quoting.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are founders, marketers, or operations leads with no coding background. We handle the technical implementation; you provide the workflow knowledge and the brand context. Documentation and training videos are written in plain English, not engineering jargon.
How much does an AI automation project cost?
Small one-off automations start around $300 to $500. Standard multi-step builds typically run $1,000 to $3,000. Larger implementations across multiple departments are quoted custom. Every project is fixed-price, agreed before any work starts. Token costs for running the AI itself are separate and forecast openly at scoping.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss my workflow?
Yes, happily. Send the NDA via email and we will sign and return within the same business day. For most enquiries an NDA is not necessary because we do not need confidential data to scope the work — only to build it.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the project ends?
Optional, never required. Every build includes two weeks of free post-launch support. After that, you can either self-manage the system, or take a monthly maintenance plan that covers monitoring, minor changes, and priority support. Most clients self-manage and only come back when they want a new system built.
