Review Guidelines & Privacy Notice
Describe your own experience, protect private information, and help moderators assess the submission fairly.
What to submit
- Your own first-hand experience.
- Specific, factual observations about communication, professionalism, organization, appointment access and fees experience.
- Calm language that helps another person understand context.
What not to submit
- Private medical information, diagnoses, records, prescription details, addresses or identity documents.
- Personal attacks, threats, hate, advertising, copied reviews or claims you cannot support.
- Reviews written for payment, by impersonation, or on behalf of someone else without a legitimate basis.
Moderation and scoring
Every review starts Pending and changes public scores by exactly zero until approved. Moderators may reject, flag or request verification. A materially edited approved review must return to moderation before the changed text influences public scoring.
Data we use
We use the minimum account and submission information needed to operate moderation, prevent obvious abuse and respond to reports. Reviewer email and private moderation data are not displayed publicly. Do not include sensitive health information in a review. See the site Privacy Policy for the broader website notice.
Corrections and disputes
Use the correction, claim or report workflow on a listing. A profile owner may provide factual corrections but cannot approve reviews, delete legitimate criticism, set a score or buy organic rank.
Legal note
These operational rules are not a substitute for professional legal advice. The privacy, data-retention, defamation and user-generated-content framework should receive periodic Bangladesh legal review as the platform grows.
