How quickly will I see results from new Google Ads campaigns?
Leads usually start arriving within the first week of launch, but meaningful optimisation requires 30 days of data for smart bidding to learn your account. Most clients see significant improvement in cost per lead between weeks 6 and 12, once smart bidding has trained on enough conversion data. Expect the first month to be foundation and learning, the second to be optimisation, and the third onward to be scale.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Ads account?
Yes — I request access via my Google Ads MCC (manager) account using your Customer ID. You stay the account owner. You can revoke my access at any time from within your Google Ads interface, with zero notice. I never take ownership of your account or your ad spend.
Is the management fee on top of the ad spend, or does it include it?
The monthly management fee is for my service only. Your ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, on your own card or invoice. This is the standard agency model and it keeps the relationship transparent — you always know exactly what is going to Google and what is going to management.
Can you also handle conversion tracking, or do I need a separate specialist?
Conversion tracking is included in every management plan at no additional cost. This is what most agencies skip or charge extra for — and it is exactly why their campaigns underperform. I am in the UK, you are in Bangladesh — how does communication work?
All client communication runs through WhatsApp. I reply within 24 hours, almost always within a few working hours during UK afternoon and evening (which overlaps with Bangladesh evening). For scheduled strategy calls, we use Zoom or Google Meet at times that work for UK business hours. Over 80 per cent of my clients are UK-based and the timezone has never been a blocker.
What happens if I want to cancel?
There are no long-term contracts. You give 30 days' notice via WhatsApp or email and the engagement winds down at the end of that period. Your Google Ads account, tracking setup, and all campaign assets stay with you — I do not hold anything hostage. Many clients work with me for a setup period of 3 to 6 months and then continue indefinitely; some come for an audit, fix the foundations, and self-manage afterwards. Both are fine.
Do you work with construction and trade businesses specifically?
